These delicious tomini are the result of a skilful blend of goat’s milk and cow’s milk. They are made to deserve and mature naturally and then be immersed in the best extra virgin olive oil and added porcini mushrooms. Thus began a second special seasoning that allows the cheese to ripen unique flavors and aromas; a soft spiciness and hints of mown grass that soften with time.
Porcini give a delicious touch to cheer up an aperitif accompanied by bubbles. The remaining oil can be used as a seasoning for any dish.
