Rigid striped anelloni are a tasty variation of the typical Mezze Maniche typical of Southern Italy.

They are excellent with condiments based on tomato sauce, with fish recipes or simply with a paté mum regina.Try also to combine the truffle sauce with artichoke patè, the only pot you will need is to boil the pasta!
